Paid Media Specialist
About the Role
Vaulted is seeking a passionate individual experienced in paid media and technical marketing to join our full-service digital marketing agency. Our Paid Media Specialist will develop and implement data-driven paid media campaigns to achieve client goals, as well as configure and analyze analytics for optimized performance. We expect that that applicants have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
This role is part-time, remote, at 15-20 hours per week for individuals located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies on multi-channel ad campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Configure Google Analytics (GA4) properties to track website usage accurately and efficiently
- Set up and launch SEM ad campaigns
- Implement & maintain Google Tag Manager for clients
- Draft and present paid media ad briefs
- Conduct keyword research and analyze key target audiences
- Track, analyze, and report metrics to ensure programmatic media and paid media marketing campaigns are succeeding and present findings to client stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage large budgets and maximize ROI across multiple ad platforms
- Monitor SEM campaign performance and recommend appropriate adjustments
- Create data visualization reports to display key performance indicators
- Attend client and internal meetings to review briefs, strategy, and report ad performance
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and communicate insights to clients as well as your team
Qualifications
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager certifications
- Experience with Meta and LinkedIn Ad platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Looker Studio
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
- Expertise with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor that communication to a non-technical audience
- Ability to seamlessly collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and HubSpot administrators
Bonus Skills
- Meta Blueprint or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certifications
- Familiarity with HubSpot platform
- Experience working in ClickUp
