Vaulted is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our interdisciplinary team, driving strategic direction, hands-on implementation, and execution across diverse, industry-agnostic client projects. This client-facing, cross-functional role demands creative, unconventional solutions—principally B2B-focused, with select engagements in B2C markets.

This position begins part-time at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity for growth into a larger, long-term role. You'll immediately engage in retainer and project-based accounts, working within a structured, project-managed environment.

About the Role

As a Marketing Strategist at Vaulted, you'll lead the planning, implementation, and management of integrated marketing initiatives, translating client objectives into impactful, multi-channel strategies. Your expertise in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and robust marketing automation will drive measurable results. You'll leverage advanced analytics and quantitative reporting tools to manage budgets, create proformas, and accurately project performance targets across key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team—including creative, technical, and analytical specialists—you'll continuously optimize campaign effectiveness through strategic insights and data-driven decision-making.

 This is a remote, part-time, contract (1099) role for individuals located within the United States only. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies encompassing demand generation, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), lifecycle email marketing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and website optimization.
  • Partner closely with clients to establish clear objectives, define audiences, and determine measurable success metrics.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, create detailed proformas, and project performance targets aligned with specific KPIs.
  • Utilize CRM and automation platforms including HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub), Klaviyo, Mailchimp, CallRail, and others to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed campaign performance analysis and produce expert-level reporting using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Act as the primary client strategist, proactively communicating progress, insights, budget status, and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate across internal creative, technical, and analytical teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant marketing strategy and digital marketing experience, ideally within a marketing agency or consulting context.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Extensive experience managing marketing automation platforms including Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • Skilled in budget management, proforma creation, and accurately forecasting performance across key marketing KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, notably Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Ads Editor, and CallRail.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, multi-channel strategies, and funnel optimization tactics.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities for insightful, data-driven reporting and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, suitable for remote, asynchronous collaboration environments.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in interdisciplinary teams, proactively driving creative, unconventional solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and comprehensive account management.
